Refund Policy
At TS Voyages, we strive to provide you with the best travel experience possible. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make the refund process as smooth as possible. Below is our refund policy for all trips:
1. Cancellation by Traveler:

Up to 14 days before departure: Full refund, excluding processing fees.

Between 10-14 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be refunded.

Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be issued.
2. Cancellation by TS Voyages:

In the rare event that TS Voyages needs to cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, political instability, etc.), we will offer a full refund or an alternative trip of equal value, based on your preference.
3. Partial Refunds:

If you are unable to join the trip after it has commenced, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the trip.

Any partial refunds will be considered only under special circumstances and will be subject to a case-by-case review.
4. Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation approval.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Fees:

Please note that certain fees, such as visa fees, flight tickets, and travel insurance, are non-refundable as per the policy of the third-party providers.
6. Special Offers & Promotions:

Refunds on trips booked under special offers, discounts, or promotions may differ from the standard refund policy. Specific terms and conditions will apply.
