By using our website and booking a trip with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. General Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, please refrain from using our services.
1.2 Eligibility
To book a trip with TS Voyages, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are booking a trip on behalf of a minor or a group, you must be the legal guardian or authorized representative.
1.3 Website Content
We strive to ensure that all information provided on our website, including trip details, prices, and itineraries, is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. TS Voyages reserves the right to make changes to the website content at any time.
2. Booking and Payments
2.1 Booking Process
Bookings can be made via our website or by contacting our customer service team. When you make a booking, you must provide accurate personal details, including your name, contact information, and any relevant travel preferences.
2.2 Payment
Payment for your trip must be made according to the instructions provided at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other online payment gateways. Full payment or a deposit (as per the trip’s policy) must be made to confirm the booking.
2.3 Confirmation of Booking
Once payment has been received, you will receive a booking confirmation email. It is your responsibility to verify the details of the confirmation and notify us of any discrepancies immediately.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellation by Traveler
14 Days or More Before Departure: Full refund (excluding processing fees).
10-14 Days Before Departure: 50% refund.
Less Than 7 Days Before Departure: No refund.
3.2 Cancellation by TS Voyages
We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule the trip.
3.3 No Show
If you fail to show up for the trip without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
4. Trip Changes and Modifications
4.1 Modification Requests
If you wish to modify your trip after booking (e.g., change travel dates or itinerary), please contact us at least 7 days in advance. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4.2 Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, etc.), we reserve the right to modify or cancel trips. TS Voyages will not be held liable for any such changes.
5. Travel Insurance
5.1 Recommendation
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected events such as trip cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies. TS Voyages is not responsible for any personal losses or damages that may occur during your trip.
6. Responsibilities of the Traveler
6.1 Personal Conduct
As a traveler with TS Voyages, you agree to behave in a respectful and lawful manner during your trip. Any actions that disrupt the group, violate local laws, or put the safety of others at risk will result in the immediate termination of your participation in the trip without a refund.
6.2 Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and any other documents required for your trip. TS Voyages is not responsible for any issues arising due to lack of required documentation.
7. Liability and Limitation of Liability
7.1 Limitation of Liability
TS Voyages acts as a mediator between the traveler and service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transportation services). While we strive to provide excellent services, we are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or expense resulting from the actions or omissions of third-party service providers.
7.2 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TS Voyages, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in any trip, including legal fees.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 Personal Data
By booking a trip with us, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is used only for legitimate business purposes.
8.2 Third-Party Service Providers
We may share your personal data with third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, etc.) necessary for the provision of your trip. These service providers are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of India.
9.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through amicable negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration under Indian law.
10. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
TS Voyages reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
