At TS Voyages, we strive to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Please read through our Booking and Cancellation Policy to understand the terms and conditions that apply when you book a trip with us.

Booking Policy

1. Making a Booking:

   • All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting our customer support team directly.

   • To confirm your booking, we require a valid payment method and the full payment for your selected trip, or an initial deposit as specified.

   • Upon successful booking, you will receive a booking confirmation email with your trip details, including itinerary, travel dates, and other essential information.

2. Booking Confirmation:

   • Once your payment is received and processed, you will receive a booking confirmation email from us.

   • If the booking is for a group tour, we will confirm the minimum number of participants required. If the minimum number is not met, we will notify you and offer alternative options.

3. Payment Terms:

   • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment gateways supported by our website.

   • For certain trips, an advance deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid before the trip departure.

4. Booking Modifications:

   • If you need to modify your booking (such as changing the dates or the destination), please contact us at least 7 days prior to departure. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy ensures that both you and our team can handle any changes to your travel plans with clarity and fairness.

1. Cancellation by the Traveler:

   • 14 Days Before Departure: Full Refund – If you cancel your booking at least 14 days before the trip departure, you will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees or administrative costs.

   • 10-14 Days Before Departure: 50% Refund – If you cancel your trip between 10 and 14 days before departure, you will receive a 50% refund of the total trip cost.

   • 7 Days or Less Before Departure: No Refund – If you cancel your booking within 7 days of the trip departure, no refund will be issued. This includes cancellations for any reason, such as personal, medical, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Cancellation by TS Voyages:

   • While we strive to ensure that all trips proceed as planned, we reserve the right to cancel or modify trips due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, etc.). In the event that we must cancel a trip, you will be notified as soon as possible.

   • If TS Voyages cancels the trip, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule the trip for a later date (subject to availability).

   • For any cancellations initiated by us, we will provide a full refund without deducting processing fees.

3. Refund Processing:

   • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

   • Any refund requests are subject to verification of booking details and compliance with our cancellation terms.

4. No Show:

   • If you do not show up for your scheduled trip without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued, and you will forfeit the full cost of the trip.

Important Notes:

• Travel Insurance: We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself from unexpected events that may require you to cancel or alter your travel plans.

• Force Majeure: TS Voyages is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or changes due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

• Booking Confirmation: Please ensure you check your booking confirmation for accuracy. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation.
